Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various areas of law with a focus on personal injury and elder law cases. This role involves both pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities, providing the opportunity to develop legal expertise and grow within our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents for both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and briefs.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance on their cases.
Attend court hearings and trials as needed, representing clients in legal proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
Prepare for depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
Manage a caseload and ensure timely progression of cases through the legal process.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
1-3 years of experience in personal injury, elder law, or related fields preferred.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and pre-litigation strategies.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
