Position Overview
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure adherence to GAAP and other accounting principles in all financial reporting.
Oversee the auditing process and coordinate with external auditors.
Manage cash flow and assess financial performance to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate tax planning strategies.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Implement and maintain ERP systems for efficient financial operations.
Prepare regulatory reports and ensure timely submission to authorities.
Lead and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
Proficient in GAAP and accounting principles.
Experience with auditing and compliance processes.
Familiarity with cash flow management and tax compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
