Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the HVAC and mechanical service sectors. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing leads, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of HVAC and mechanical service offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to clients based on their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC or mechanical industries.
  • Strong background in business development and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
