Position Overview
A mid-size personal injury trial law firm in Woodland Hills is looking for a litigation attorney with at least one year of experience in personal injury law, whether on the Plaintiff or Defense side. We are seeking an in-office associate who has a solid understanding of legal principles, procedures, and practices and is ambitious and eager to succeed.
Attorneys typically handle a caseload of 30 to 50 cases of varying value and also have the chance to assist and engage in trials within the department.
We welcome candidates without prior trial experience as long as they demonstrate a strong desire to excel. In return, we offer a supportive and engaging work environment with a competitive salary, bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Our firm is collaborative, fast-paced, and fulfilling, with a litigation department organized around a team-based structure. Each attorney is paired with a dedicated paralegal and support staff and participates in regular roundtable discussions and case reviews.
