Despite current economic conditions, we have 10xed revenue and raised $20M+ in under two years. We have proven product market fit in one of the largest vertical SaaS markets with no clear winner. 

 We are seeking a Product Manager to join our remote team who enjoys being part of an early stage company and an early stage engineering team. As much as we value experience, we value strong problem solving skills EVEN MORE! Our foundational team is filled with experienced, self-starters who value the ability to learn and collaborate above all else!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, from ideation to launch.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to drive product development in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
• Leverage data and user feedback to make decisions, iterating on features and improving products in real-time.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform product strategy.
• Shape the long-term vision of our platform, ensuring it continues to provide value to our users and disrupt an outdated industry.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on logistics or dispatch-related products (routing operations, mapping).
• Prior experience in the waste management, transportation, or other similar industries.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and bringing products from concept to market.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges.
• Experience working with mapping or routing systems.
• Proven success in a startup or early-stage environment, where agility and adaptability are key.
