Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our multi-family development sector. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while leading teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the multi-family construction or development sector.
Strong proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with estimating and costing processes is a plus.
