Project Manager - Hydraulic Press Manufacturing

Position Overview
The Project Manager for Hydraulic Press Manufacturing will oversee the planning, execution, and design of custom hydraulic press projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage hydraulic press manufacturing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all project activities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and changes.
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing sector, preferably with hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of hydraulic machines, servo systems, and their design principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
