Senior Superintendent - Industrial Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent for our Industrial Construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects in the semiconductor, warehouse, and manufacturing sectors, specifically focusing on battery plant projects. This role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site staff
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
Utilize Procore for project management and documentation purposes
Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project records
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status
Travel to various project sites as required to ensure project alignment and execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on semiconductor or manufacturing projects
Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and construction practices
Proficiency in Procore and Autodesk software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel frequently to project sites as needed
