Senior Controls Engineer

Position Overview
The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for manufacturing processes. This role aims to optimize production efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards through innovative control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency
Maintain documentation related to control systems and processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical support and training to engineering staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering
Strong knowledge of control systems and PLC programming
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
Experience with 5S methodologies
